Memorial Day

As I've gotten older I have come to appreciate our family heritage a lot more, and I think that will continue to be the case. My Mom has always been great about telling me stories about her family, and I love it! It makes me feel close to them even though most of them are passed away. Andrew also has an awesome heritage, stemming on his Mother's side from Guatemala. I hope to learn more about them as the years go on.

This year on Memorial Day we went with my family out to dinner and then to the Bountiful Cemetary where most of her family is burried, including her parents; Ada Jean and Earl Hill. I'm so grateful for Eternal families, and knowing that I WILL see these family members again someday makes me so happy! Boston was so cute around the graves, and kept smelling all the flowers... And we were able to get a 4 generation pic!

It was a great time until the sprinklers came on!! Which I can't believe they did considering it was MEMORIAL day evening and tons of people were there... oh well! ha
