Baby of Mine

Dear Baby of mine,
Today we went to the hospital and saw you for the very first time. You were growing right on schedule! I could see your arms developing, and all of a sudden when we were all watching you, you started to wiggle around! Silly as it sounds it looked like you were waving!! ha ha
You were an exciting announcement to me before, and a little feeling inside (mostly nausea) ha ha but now you feel so...real. I want you to know how much I love you! I have felt your sweet little spirit so close to me for some time now, and couldn't be more excited to meet you! I want to apologize ahead of time for the mistakes I will make, you being my first child. But I will try and learn from my mistakes quickly, please be patient with me. I can't promise I won't make the same mistakes twice but what I can promise you is that I will love you. (my eyes are tearing up as I write this, because I already love you so much, little peanut) I will love you forever, and no matter what. I am doing everything I can to prepare for you. Andrew laughs, but I already have 15 pregnancy baby books (most of which I will probably skim through), I am taking vitamins, we're saving our money, buying lots of fun children's books, (I only hope you'll love as much as I did growing up), and planning your room. My books say right now you're the size of a peanut, but you're growing so fast!! You already have cells, and a mind, you're so smart, and you have so much! The best part is, you have a little familly in cute little yellow house, with a loving Mommy and Daddy who love you more than anything, OH and 2 cats who will be fascinated by your arrival. Can't wait to meet you and see your tiny fingers and toes, and kiss your little cheeks.

love always, Mom :)

  2. I think I posted once on here already lol, but its gone. How far along are you sweet girl? And when are you due? This post is a beautiful one and you should save it for them to read later. One idea is to write down your testimony for them and save it for them to read as well when they get older. :) I'm excited for you!

  3. What does that mean to write down your testimony for them?
